Collection instructions, freight documents, courier directions, venue delivery details and emergency contacts.

Return Records

Deinstallation sequence, repacking confirmation, return dispatch, lender delivery and proof of return.

Consolidation

Compatible movements combined.

Where timing, packing, geography and customs requirements allow, compatible consignments may be consolidated while each lender’s documentation and object identity remain separate.

Venue Delivery

Arrival aligned with installation.

Vehicle slots, security access, crate unloading order, temporary crate holding, unpacking locations, movement routes and gallery readiness are coordinated with the venue programme.

The schedule coordinates objects, technicians, equipment, curators, registrars and venue access.
